FOR YOUR PROTECTION

A Texas Public Adjuster is licensed by the Texas Department of Insurance and is prohibited from providing both adjusting and reconstruction services on a claim. This eliminates conflicts of interest and provides a protection for the public. Similarly, contractors, restoration companies and other vendors may not adjust or negotiate a claim on behalf of the insured. When accidents happen, an experienced Public Adjuster could be the missing piece in your recovery plan. After all, insurance policies are there to support you when you need them, but they only cover what you can prove, not necessarily what you deserve.
