“TO BUILD OR NOT REBUILD WAS THE QUESTION!

As you can see, there is no doubt that this was a total loss and the insurance adjuster agreed. Our dilemma was to rebuild or not rebuild. During these economic times it did not make since to rebuild but to tear the building down and utilize the Million plus dollars into other capital ventures.

We were faced with losing over $250,000 in depreciation holdback by the insurance company if we elected not to rebuild. This was a tough decision. As you know, Green Companies has been building and developing multi-family properties for years and could easily rebuild this property back.
