Mr. Timmons has served many clients from the aspect of insurance claims and the effect on their real estate position. In some cases, he has utilized his real estate knowledge and experience to provide options to his clients that otherwise may have not been considered. For example; it may be advantageous to sell the property “as is” after an insurance claim, or partially restore and then sell, or completely restore and maintain the building after the claim. Gary's real estate background and experience has helped elevate his knowledge in negotiating a decision on commercial and residential properties.

Gary, who thrives on the challenges faced on each and every claim, has served many repeat and referral clients over the years. It's his drive and desire to discover that is the foundation of the firm and what our clients value most.
